CARE WITH ADDRESSING ORDERS

Zarpes will arrange for the shipment of the products to the address that the customer requests. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when filling in the address where you want to receive your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary that the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the order does not carry out the withdrawal, as a rule of the Post Office, the package will return to the sender, requiring the payment of a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios agency where the recipient should pick up his package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking of the order, which can be followed on the Correios website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

 

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Zarpes is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address of orders placed in the store. In the event of incorrect or incomplete addressing, as per Correios rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
In case the delivery is not carried out due to a difference in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new freight, in the amount of 65 reais (shipping value + postage fee), for reshipment of product.

PROCESSING TIME

After your order has been processed and payment has been entered into our system, the next steps are: sorting, packing and shipping. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.

DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code in the email registered with the purchase within 7 business days after processing your order.

To track your order, just enter the Correios page and paste the tracking code you receive in your email.

As it is an international order, for the tracking to be available on the Correios website, the product must be moved and for this reason, it takes about 5 to 10 business days for it to be possible to view the tracking of the product.

 

DEADLINE

Delivery time is estimated from 2 to 12 weeks after order dispatch. However, adverse factors such as delays in releasing the Federal Revenue, postal strike, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product.

However, most of our customers are receiving their order within 20 calendar days.


ORIGIN

Our products are imported from the United States, Europe and Asia.
There are situations where the delivery of an order can be made in two or more shipments, as the products may be shipped from different suppliers. In that case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.


SHIPPING FORMS

Products are always delivered by Correios, however, in some cases such as absent recipient, region with delivery limitation or even incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the agency closest to their residence.

If the address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that the product will return to the sender. We ask that you pay extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.

Correios make three delivery attempts, if they are unable to complete it, the product will be available for collection at the nearest agency for up to 7 days. After this period, the product returns to the sender.


IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS

Any and all imports are subject to customs bureaucracy or taxation. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we are responsible for these fees. Please contact us by email: contato@sualoja.com within 48 hours, informing the amount paid to the Post Office and attaching a copy of the tax document, which we will contact back to reimburse the amounts paid.
